Wizards Quest

Wizard's Quest is a 1-player arcade game for multiple systems.

You are a wizard's apprentice, and are placed in a ghostly mansion where you must use the many objects which are scattered in the dark rooms. But beware! The mansion is inhabited by many evil creatures and there are many traps for the unwary. Should you escape, you will become a wizard.

The player moves through a series of rectangular rooms, with multiple doors linking areas. In each area, the player can fire small bolts to defend themselves from the quickly moving infinitely spawning horror-themed monsters that appear. The player is given a score on the number of areas they have so far visited. The player's life is rated from 0 - 100, and is sapped by monster attack, and can be replenished by finding food. The player starts with five lives, and can carry up to 3 items, including keys, to protect themselves and overcome obstacles. Trapdoors and stairs move the player between areas of the mansion.
