Yacht

Yacht is a shareware game which simulates the dice game of the same name. Compared to the original rule set, it adapts some aspects of Yahtzee.

Each player rolls five dices up to three times. After the first and second throw, they can choose what dices to re-roll. Afterwards, they have to commit to the result and choose one of the score categories. Each of the categories represents a combination of dice results and rewards a different amount of points. For example, if the result has three fours, the player can either choose the "Fours" or the "Three of a kind" category which both reward 3*4=12 points. Each category can only be chosen once per match and filling all six number-categories ("ones" to "sixes"), bonus points are rewarded. The goal is to score as many points as possible after 13 turns.
