Graphic Research Co., Ltd.

Graphic Research Co., Ltd. (グラフィックリサーチ株式会社, GRC) was a software development company based in the Toyoshima Ward of Tokyo, Japan. The company was established in May 1982 by Yoshiaki Sawada, who had previously worked for Nichibutsu, and was formally incorporated in June 1984. GRC declared bankruptcy on June 28, 2005.

GRC's primary business was contract software development, and it developed or contributed to dozens of game titles over its 23-year life. Its most prominent clients were Vic Tokai and Asmik. A group of GRC staff, led by senior managing director Yasushi Mizutani, left the company in mid-2003 to establish mobile game company Seekz.
