Rayteoactive was the company name and nickname of Raymond Teo. It was used between May 2008 and December 2010. Teo operated out of Singapore and released the XBLIG title Tobe's Vertical Adventure in January 2010 using the name.
In June 2010 he established Secret Base as an official company.
