Dark Roll

Description
Dark Roll is a single player, freeware, ball rolling puzzle game in which the player uses their marble to collect gems. It can be played either with the keyboard or by with a controller in full screen or windowed mode.
The game has three 'worlds', in the first world the player starts off rolling their marble around dark pathways collecting gems. The paths/floors of world one are dark grey, the surrounding space is pitch black and the lighting casts strong shadows. The player's controls allow them to roll the marble in any direction, jump, flip the camera's point of view and zoom in and out. The gems can be positioned on steps, ramps etc and many are close to the edge and falling off into the black void restarts the level. Later levels in this world involve dodging falling boulders, leaping across chasms. Later worlds use buildings, moving obstacles and enemies that must be avoided.
The levels are not time limited and the player can restart as often as is necessary, once a level has been completed the game automatically progresses to the next and saves the player's progress. The player can also change the colour and texture of their ball and the game also remembers this when it restarts
