Dungeon Hōrōki
Description
Dungeon Hōrōki is a cancelled RPG. It was displayed as the in-universe video game of the movie Yōjo Densetsu '88, but also was in real development at one point and advertised in Japanese video game magazines with an initial release window of November 1988, later pushed to February 1989, then March 1989 before being quietly shelved.
The game attempted to imitate Rogue on the Famicom. The game supposedly had randomly generated dungeons and an automapping feature. No known copy of the game has survived.
