Dungeons & Dragons Online: Menace of the Underdark
Description
Menace of the Underdark is the first commercial expansion for Dungeons & Dragons Online, and it was released alongside that third revision of the fantasy MMORPG (update 14). It contains:
- 1,000 Turbine points
- Druid class
- Epic destinies
- Greater Tome of Learning (item)
- Veteran status (level 4): new characters start at level 4
- DDO Classics Adventure Pack bundle
The Adventure Pack bundle introduces three new adventure packs based on the Forgotten Realms campaign that was introduced with the main game on the same date:
- The Demonweb
- The King's Forest
- The Underdark
It also provides access to the Eveningstar Challenge Pack. For subscribers some of the included content is already covered by their description such as the challenge pack or the druid class. Instead of buying the standard edition as described on the DDO website and also the one available on Steam, they can buy the base edition at a lower cost. It only contains the Adventure Pack bundle, access to the epic destinies and replaces the Greater Tome of Learning by the Lesser Tome of Learning. It also does not contain the Turbine points. The Adventure Pack itself is also available as a separate purchase.
