Endless Space: Disharmony

After four free content updates Disharmony is the first commercial expansion for Endless Space (Emperor Edition). Along with the DLC release, the Emperor Edition became the default digital download release of the DLC and Endless Space (Admiral Edition), which was previously the default digital download release, was phased out. All additional content of the Emperor Edition was then provided for free to owners of the Admiral Edition to avoid fragmentation. After four free content updates the game requires the Disharmony DLC to access the free content updates following the DLC release.

This DLC adds The Harmony as a new faction to the game. It adds fighters and bombers as new units, battle formations, a redesigned weapon system, enhanced invasion mechanics (bombardments, land and sieges) and a new targeting system. The AI has been altered with a new Adaptive Multi-Agent System to increase the randomness. The ship design interface received an overhaul and in the weapon system family types (melee, medium range and long range) are provided for modules. It also includes other additions and features, including four new heroes and the ability to disable Exchange of Technologies.

The expansion is also released in retail. It includes a serial code, no disc, but offers a physical Stellar Artbook with the package.
