Firienwood
Description
Firienwood is a fantasy text adventure with minor roleplaying elements for the BBC Micro and Electron.
The player quests to find the Golden Bird of Paradise that has been captured by an evil wizard. The wizard resides within a castle in the enchanted Firien Wood. The bird will grant health, wealth, and prosperity if saved.
All commands are via VERB NOUN entry. The player encounters goblins and other monsters at random within the catacombs that must be fought. These can randomly kill the player, but points are awarded for every monster killed.
