Hapymaher

Hapymaher is a Japanese adult visual novel themed around lucid dreams and their intersections with reality. Players take on the role of Tooru Naitou, a young man who has only been able to experience lucid dreams instead of regular dreams following a traumatic accident, leaving him unable to truly rest. He relies on his childhood friend Saki Hasuno, as well as his glasses, to tell his dreams apart from reality. One night, Tooru is visited in a dream by a frightening vision of Maia, a sly girl and the cause of Tooru's accident whom Tooru had not seen since before his lucid dreams began. Before the vision of Maia can take him away, another girl appears and dispels Maia. She introduces herself to Tooru as Alice, a girl who can travel between dreams, and offers to help him navigate his nightmares and return to reality.

The game employs a visual novel format, where players progress through the story by making choices at key junctures. These choices impact the direction of the narrative, leading to multiple branching paths and various endings. The decisions players make influence the relationships Tooru forms with the game's romantic options, each of whom plays a pivotal role in the unfolding story. Hapymaher features voice acting for all significant characters except the protagonist and includes explicit sexual content.
