Invader Groove
Description
Invader Groove is a mobile-only entry in the Space Invaders series that was made in time for the original arcade game's 25th anniversary. Gameplay is the same as the original game, but with some additions like a new movement pattern. There are also power-ups given when shooting the UFO at the top of the screen:
- Cannon: shoots a beam
- Life: gives an extra space craft
- High Power: increases the firing rate
- Stop: freezes enemies for a short time
Other additions are three difficulty levels with a continue option in the easy and normal modes, and a special stage that features planets to be avoided since points will be lost if they are shot.
