Megapede

Megapede is a 1-player Centipede clone for the TRS-80 CoCo.

The player controls a small character that moves on the bottom quarter of the screen, and can shot vertically upwards. Megapedes descend from the top of the screen, moving horizontally until they hit an object, and then descending one row and moving in the reverse. When a megapede is shot, it breaks into smaller components. The player must avoid spiders who quickly move about the bottom of the screen and fleas which descend towards the player leaving objects in their wake. When all megapedes are destroyed, the player advances to a more difficult level. The player starts with 3 lives.
