Mission Escape!

Mission Escape! is a strategy game for the Apple II.

The player takes on the role of a star commando who has escaped the cell on an Imperial security station. The player must advance through multiple levels fighting storm troopers, robots, and drones as they attempt to reach the tenth level and escape.

Gameplay occurs from a top-down perspective in turns, each lasting 10 seconds or until the player inputs three orders. The player is armed with a laser blast, anti-robot missiles, and rapid fire. The player and enemies can only fire on 45 and 90 degree angles, and the strategy involved is to move into position, fire upon enemies, and then place their character in a position out of harm's way.
