Rinkan Byōtō: "Yamete... Sensei, Minaide!" is a Japanese erotic visual novel which takes place inside a hospital.

The player takes on the role of Takuma Asahina, the skilled head of surgery at Mansei Women's Medical University Hospital. Despite his popularity with the staff members and patients, Takuma has a hidden dark side, lusting after his female colleagues. When the current hospital director is forced to resign after a highly-publicized mishap, an election is held to select a new director, with Takuma being one of the prime candidates. As the contest begins, Takuma exploits the power of his position to get what he wants.
