Savo Island
Description
Savo Island is a 1-player strategy war game for the TRS-80.
The player controls American and British forces against the Japanese during the World War II Battle of Savo Island. The player controls a number of 17 Allied ships, and each turn has 10 seconds to individually set each ships' heading and speed. Each ship has 3 speeds, and can engage enemies from flank speed. The player tries to seek out and destroy the hidden Japanese vessels. During combat, the player specifies the direction and range of their fire, as well as the direction of their torpedoes.
