Sengoku Taisen

Sengoku Taisen is the second branch of the real-time strategy Sangokushi Taisen Arcade trading card game series. It retains the basic gameplay of Sangokushi, but replaces the Chinese Romance of the Three Kingdoms warlords and theme with those from the titular Sengoku period of Japanese history.

In this competitive strategy game, two opponents are positioned at opposite ends of a battlefield with the primary objective of attacking and damaging the enemy's castle. A match concludes either when one castle is destroyed or when the countdown timer expires. If neither castle is destroyed by the end of the allotted time, the player whose castle retains more health is declared the winner.

Prior to each match, players construct a customizable deck composed of various units and abilities. The composition of this deck, including the selection of troops and factions, significantly influences gameplay strategy and overall playstyle.
