Shinjuku Scout Battle

Shinjuku Scout Battle is a free-to-play tactical RPG set in Japan's adult video (AV) industry. The player takes on the role of a talent scout who takes to the streets of Shinjuku with the actresses under their wing to battle unscrupulous rival scouts, foreign mafiosos, and video pirates who threaten the industry. The story consists of eleven main chapters which can be played in three modes of difficulty. Each difficulty yields different rewards upon completing levels.

The player starts each level with a party of up to five actresses who each have varying stats and abilities. The actresses are fictionalized versions of real AV actresses who are represented in the form of animated chibi sprites during gameplay and real photographs during visual novel-esque story segments which take place between battles. Skill cards can be used to improve actresses' stats as well as unlock pornographic video clips starring that actress. New characters can be obtained via a gacha system where the player can spend in-game currency or real money to obtain a random selection. Over 50 AV actresses contributed their likenesses to the game.
