Totsuzen Kaijin ni Sareta Ore to Akuochi Suru Mahō Shōjo no Hanashi is a Japanese adult visual novel and the second game in the Totsuzen Kaijin ni Natta Ore ("Suddenly I Became a Monster") trilogy. Like most visual novels, the gameplay consists of reading text atop illustrated backgrounds and making decisions at specific points throughout the game which may influence the direction of the story. The game features voice acting for the two heroines and contains explicit sexual content.
In this sequel to Totsuzen Kaijin ni Natta Ore ga Mahō Shōjo o Otosu Hanashi, Death Brand's quest to take over the world brings them into open conflict with a peacekeeping organization named Justia. Though both parties have signed an agreement not to involve civilians in their war, a division of Death Brand named Death Heat violates the pact by abducting civilians and converting them into military assets via genetic remodeling and brainwashing. Consequently, two students named Takashi Tsujitani and Kumi Minakura are abducted and transformed: Takashi into an inhuman monster, and Kumi into a magical girl. Another magical girl named Iren who worked for Death Brand before defecting to Justia tells them that the only way they can reverse their transformation is by informing Death Brand that their subsidiary's activities are unlawful and forcing them to undo their actions. It will take Death Brand two weeks to complete their investigation, but will Takashi be able to hold on to his humanity for that long, or will he lose to the monster within?
