Shuffleboard

Game cover: Shuffleboard

Description

Shuffleboard is a 1–2 player sports game for the 8-bit Atari.

Players take turns firing a shuffleboard puck along the bottom of the screen, bouncing it off the bumper to the right, and trying to place it in the scoring section at the top of the screen. The player selects the shot power and starting position of the puck; scoring options include 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 points. Too hard of a shot leaves the puck lost off the end of the board. Pucks can bump into others. Allows for 2-player or versus computer play. Games can consist of 5 or 10 pucks per player.
