Space Knights

Space Knights is a series of short arcade games designed to be played along with the scenes in a novel of the same name. Space Knights features newly graduated space cadet Jake, his second mate Lisa, and their antique artificial intelligence CLIDE, as they investigate and defeat a threat by the Gammalon Pirates.

Contains the following mini-games

• Bug Buster: Control the friendly robot, Suzy, in a battle against nine deadly microbes. The challenge is to destroy as many bugs as possible before they escape off the screen to attack Hank's Cosmos vines. The player starts with 99 units of energy, and is depleted by a variety of actions. Options include slow or fast speed, using bug spray, or allowing the Protector.
• Corridors of Time: Guide your spaceship safely left or right through the two ladder-like boundaries of the Corridor. The longer your ship survives, the higher it will climb up the screen. Levels increase as it ascends, until it reaches level 10 and the game's end.
• Gammalon Encounter: Pits you against three Gammalon warships in a battle to the death. Before they can see the enemy, the player must decode 8 of the 9 squares of the Gammalon code. The player has 64 seconds and 16 missiles to destroy the enemy ships.
• Impact: Descend a space lander to the surface of a planet from a first person perspective. Control the vessel using your side thrusters.
• Mind Demons: The player tries to grab a symbol from the top of the playing field, put it in a treasure chest at the bottom, and race back for more. The player must avoid the sneak thief, jolly roger, bat, and alter ego.
• Navigate: You can travel between 144 different possible combinations of planets. You must select the planet to head towards, and plot your course and burn vectors on the Galactic Map.
• War Room: The player must travel through 3 to 9 rooms, and can have path hazards, electrified walls, both, or none.
• Weomby: Land a shuttle on the surface of the planet. There are 3 gravity options, and the player controls the vertical and horizontal thrust. The player has limited fuel.
