Death 14 / Knockout / Space Raiders

Death 14 / Knockout / Space Raiders is a compilation of three previously unreleased games for the BBC Micro.

• Death 14: The player has been caught spying on the planet Gloppleburger III, and has been sent to the death chambers. The player is hunted through the maze by arachnids and Otto, who continuously move towards the player. Otto takes three shots to defeat, and rearranges the maze as he moves. The player has limited ammo, and can pick up more in the maze. Every enemy destroyed causes a new one to appear in the corners of the maze. The goal is to survive until an exit appears, and leaving through it.

• Knockout: The player controls a paddle laterally at the bottom of the screen, and bounces a ball to try to break the bricks at the top of the screen. The player starts with three lives, and it's game over if the player misses three times.

• Space Raiders: The player controls a spaceship at the bottom of the screen that moves left and right, and fires vertically. The alien ships move as a group slowly towards the bottom of the screen, and drop large bombs towards the player. The player tries to destroy all ships to advance to the next level. If the player is hit once it's game over. Several small bases help protect the player.
