Space Lander

Space Lander is a 1-player arcade game for the 8-bit Atari.

You are attempting to land your fragile spaceship on the rocky surface of an alien planet. The player attempts to land on 1 of 5 different landing sites, each one marked with a multiplier showing the landing difficulty and points scored. The player starts with 1500 fuel, and tries to make as many successful landings as possible before their fuel is depleted. More difficult sites score more points. All movement costs fuel, and losing a lander costs 400 fuel. As the player approaches a landing site, the screen zooms in on that location.
