Star Battle

Star Battle is a 1 player space fighting game for the Commodore 64.

Seated in the command center of the Starship Columbia as its captain, you attempt to save Earth from the infamous Scyons. The player explores an 8 x 8 quadrant universe containing alien vessels. The player warps between sectors, and fights alien vessels from a 1st person perspective, armed with phasers, photon torpedoes, and the OBNAC 3000 on board computer. The player has short and long ranged sensors to find Sycon Battle Cruisers, and track the health of their Starbase. The player ship takes systems damage when hit by alien fire, and must monitor their ship status, returning to base for repairs. There are 4 levels of difficulty.
