Star Blaze

Star Blaze is a 1-player side-scrolling arcade game for the TRS-80 CoCo.

The player controls a patrol ship that can move in all directions, and fires directly forwards. The player must warp between 64 sectors to destroy all alien vessels. Played from a side view, the ship is armed with limited shields, fuel, and ammo. Certain sectors have repair or refuel stations, which the player can visit to recharge their vessel. A map at the bottom of the screen shows the location of alien vessels in each sector.

There are 8 levels of difficulty, and the player has 3 ships to complete their mission.
