Astro Blast

Astro Blast is a 1-player arcade game for the TRS-80 CoCo.

The player controls a spaceship that moves horizontally at the bottom of the screen, and fires vertically. Six columns of enemy ships descend and fire from above. Enemy ships can only be shot while descending. If an enemy ship reaches the bottom of the screen they temporarily prevent the player from moving beyond that point. If the player is hit by enemy fire, strikes a descending ship, or hits a stationary ship at the bottom of the screen they lose a life. The player starts with 3 lives.
