Swamp Chomp
Description
Swamp Chomp is a 1-player arcade game for the 8-bit Atari.
Deep in the swamp of Muckedoo, it's time to head for the feeding station.
The player controls a frog, which can move in the 4 cardinal directions. The player tries to move vertically across a field that contains various lines of horizontally moving dangers. The player must cross a busy road and river to reach the feeding area at the top of the screen, and position themselves into one of the feeding stations. After this, the player morphs into a larger creature, and attempts to reach their starting area. If the player reaches all feeding areas, they complete the level. The player starts with 6 lives, and it's game over when all are lost. The player has a limited time for each journey.
