Swamp Monster

Swamp Monster is a 1-player arcade game for the VIC-20.

The player travels through a swampy forest trying to avoid a chasing monster that intermittently fires horizontally. If the player falls into a lake or is attacked or hit by the monster they lose a life. Small red squares intermittently appear on the screen, and the player must move to these before the square disappear to rescue a princess. The player has 2000 time units to rescue the princess, and scores points based upon remaining time. The player starts with 3 lives, and there are 9 levels of difficulty.
