Sweet Switch: When Our Eyes Meet, My Body Melts is a Japanese adult visual novel which puts players in control of Ryuichi Takado, a typically awkward student who fears that he might graduate before losing his virginity. When the beautiful but stone-faced student council president Sara Lafarge catches Ryuichi staring at her, she orders him to meet her in the council room in private. Fearing the worst, Ryuichi enters the room only to learn that Sara has a staring fetish: the more somebody stares at her, the more turned on she gets. Ryuichi is happy to help her explore her fetish, and things get even more interesting when another student, the extremely shy Fumino Hirohata, gets involved.

The game features straightforward visual novel gameplay where the player must periodically make decisions which may cause the story to branch off into different routes. Depending on their decisions, the player may find themselves having their way with Sara, Fumino, or even both at the same time. The game has voice acting for both characters.
