Sweet Young Bride: Our Married Life Begins is a Japanese adult kinetic novel which depicts the relationship between a young man and a girl that the government has assigned to be his wife. It contains scenes depicting sexual activities and features voice acting for the protagonist's wife.

To combat the nation's declining birth rate, the Japanese government has created the "Government-Sponsored Marriage Program", a program which assigns wives to young men who might otherwise never find one. Kouta is one such man who has already resigned himself to his fate when he is suddenly contacted by agents working for the program and informed that he has been chosen to participate. It isn't long before Kouta meets his new wife: Hazuki Izayoi, a shy but hardworking girl who vows to dedicate herself to him.
