Three Leaves
Description
Three Leaves is a card game for four players. It can be played by one player against the computer or against real players via ICQ.
The game is played with a deck of thirty-six cards, these can be regular cards or one of the special desks created for this game. The cards are dealt, face down, to each player and the computer calculates it's score - each type of card has different rules on scoring. The players start with an initial stake of cash, or toys, or sweets and place bets as to whether their hand has the highest score. The highest score wins the round and takes the pot. The game ends when one player has nothing left to bet with.
The game opens in a fixed size window and is played entirely with the mouse. It has music and sound effects which can be disabled and a choice of backgrounds.
A shareware version of the game was released which was played with only two of the four decks of cards.
