Time Attack

Time Attack is a 1-player strategy game for the Dragon 32/64.

The Time Police want to be the Masters of All Time. To prevent Time Ship building, they are destroying British industry. The player has been recruited as a time pilot in the local barracks at Bilston. Bilston is usually swarming with military Time Police, especially in times of rebellion and war. The player can travel through time from 1945 to 1076, otherwise there is evidence they will materialize into a lake or a wall. The player must find the Time Police computer, which exists for one year during this time.

Played from their time machine, the player has numerous menu options to travel through time and search for wayward machines. The player can also exit their machine to do battle with Time Police, firing their blaster. From their time machine, the player can use their limited fuel to travel to different time zones. The player will encounter trivia questions as they appear in different time zones by turning on Mind Probe mode. Fuel can be refilled by discovering the 40 missing time machines. For limited gold, the player can also detect booby-trapped ships, remove a booby trap, locate target century, or use their arm blaster.

The time traveler is also in danger of encountering a deadly serpent. While they have a limited number of antidotes, the snake can also be avoided by re-entering the time machine.
