Venerian Invasion
Description
Venerian Invasion is a 1-player arcade game for the TRS-80.
The Venerians are invading the Earth, and it is your job to stop them. There are 4 shields around the Earth at the bottom of the screen, and a row of Venerians at the top of the screen. The creatures drop down on top of the shields, and if more than 2 aliens are present on the shields at a time, the shield fails. The player controls a small ship which moves horizontally, and can run into a fallen Venerian to remove them from the shield. If a Venerian falls on the player, it counts as an extra Venerian on the shield. After surviving a screen of Venerians, a new screen appears with faster moving aliens. Then game is over when all 4 shields are destroyed.
