Warehouse
Description
Warehouse is a 1-player arcade game for the BBC Micro and Electron.
Big Alf, the Interstellar Trader, has moved his stock to an abandoned warehouse on the planet Tymorg. Due to delays caused by the move, there are now six irate customers all waiting for the goods they ordered. Fred, the stores' keeper, has been sent to sort things out. Each customer ordered two things that were necessary for their particular job. Unknown to Alf, the warehouse used to be the headquarters of Zorg, the most wanted man in the universe. Zorg left a horde of nasty aliens and booby traps littering the warehouse.
Fred can move in all directions and fire directly forwards. The player must search the 400 rooms of the warehouse and bring the items back to the office and place them on the conveyor belt. The player can hold up to three items at a time, and items can be switched out at any item location. Each room has a Zorg lair where aliens constantly appear when the one on the screen is shot. If the lair is shot aliens stop appearing. The player has limited ammunition, but more can be picked up as they explore. When a customer receives all of their items, the player receives a special item to disable some of the booby traps left behind by Zorg. These traps include fans, crushers, deadly lasers, vacuums, and spikes.
