Winter Burrow

Winter Burrow is a survival and crafting game set in a woodland environment. The player controls a mouse returning to its childhood burrow, now abandoned and damaged, and must repair the home while navigating freezing temperatures, limited supplies, and a small cast of animal inhabitants. The game combines light survival mechanics with exploration, narrative progression, and home customization.

Gameplay focuses on gathering natural resources such as food, wood, and crafting materials from nearby forest areas while managing cold exposure, hunger, and health. Failure does not result in permanent consequences; when the player is overcome by weather or environmental hazards, they drop their inventory and return to the burrow. Over time, the player unlocks new regions through tools and upgrades and gains access to additional crafting recipes, clothing with improved insulation, and cosmetic furnishings.

The restoration of the burrow serves as the main progression structure, with additional narrative quests tied to NPCs throughout the forest. Interactions with neighboring animals provide new objectives, resources, and blueprints. Character customization allows the mouse protagonist to wear various outfits and accessories, and the burrow itself can be decorated with crafted furniture and aesthetic items.
