Description
Arcade 80 is a collection of three different games: Astro Mines, Falling Bricks, and Star Run.

Astro Mines is a challenge to see how many mines you can blow up within a fixed amount of time and a limited supply of fuel. Fast action requires quick reflexes yet the challenge also requires a fair amount of forethought and strategy to pull of a win.

Falling Bricks is a Space Invaders-style fixed shooter. Launch missiles at the invading enemy while panning left and right to dodge enemy attacks. The goal is to score as many points as possible by destroying enemies as they advance.

Star Run is a space combat simulator in which you've just escaped from the Dark Star and are trying to outrun an enemy fighter-spaceship. Use your targeting system and lasers to destroy enemy spacecraft. Like many space combat simulator, the player is provided with a multiple-window overlay to display various gauges and monitors. Flight maneuvering is done on a two-dimensional grid in which you navigate and engage in combat within.
