Cipher Zero

Cipher Zero is a minimalist logic puzzle game centered around solving grid-based challenges that resemble nonograms, but with expanded mechanics and varied shapes. Each puzzle involves toggling grid cells on or off to form the correct configuration, guided by indirect visual clues and environmental cues rather than explicit instructions. As players progress, new mechanics and puzzle elements are introduced.

The game features over 300 puzzles, which can be approached in any order. Levels are presented across themed locations that evolve visually as the player advances, offering a sense of progression without imposing a linear path. Some puzzles allow for multiple valid solutions.

There is no formal tutorial, but the game relies on visual feedback, lighting, and clean UI animations to guide players through increasingly complex puzzles. Errors are clearly indicated, helping players understand what went wrong. The game does not have a hint system.
