Hyperdrive
Description
Hyperdrive is a 1-player arcade game for the BBC Micro.
Evil aliens attacked a space explorer who landed on their planet. They put him in a grid-like maze, and set an increasing number of drone aliens after him.
The player controls the explorer on the grid, and they move in the cardinal directions and fire directly forwards. Enemy drones move randomly about the maze, and each level starts with an additional drone. Occasionally Evil Otto enters the level, and moves directly towards the player. There are 10 levels of game difficulty. If the player is caught by aliens three times it's game over.
