Koisuru Otome to Shugo no Tate: Re:boot Plus is an expanded version of Koisuru Otome to Shugo no Tate: Re:boot the "SHIELD-9" which adds another H-scene for all five heroines. Each heroine's H-scene contains two CGs, meaning that ten HCGs have been added in total.
Aside from this, the game is identical to Re:boot the "SHIELD-9". It is a Japanese adult visual novel which follows Shuuji Kisaragi, an androgynous young bodyguard who crossdresses as a female student called Taeko Yamada in order to protect the students of an all-girls' school. The player's decisions determine how the story unfolds and which of the five student heroines (Yukino Kasugasaki, Ren Tsubakihara, Yuuri Homura, Setsuko Sanada, and Marina Shinjou) Shuuji may develop a closer relationship with.
