Resilon

Resilon is a science-fiction themed arcade game for the Apple II.

The player controls a tank which can move horizontally, and fires vertically upwards. The player encounters a number of enemies, including orbs and hoppers, which bounce about the screen. Mega versions of these break into additional smaller enemies when hit. The player also combats seekers, which hone in on the player's ship, and boulders, which prevent the ship from moving horizontally. Motherships scatter rubber bombs across the area.

If the player destroys all enemies on a level, they advance to a more difficult challenge. If the player is hit, they lose a tank. The player starts with 3 tanks, and if all are lost, it's game over.
