Shiki to Hitsuji to Warau Tsuki: Cry for the Moon is a dark and violent Japanese adult fantasy visual novel.

The player takes on the role of Atsushi Takatou, an ordinary high school student whose life changes dramatically when strange incidents start happening around his school after he meets four enigmatic girls. A brutal rape incident shakes the school, while another classmate sells his soul and goes insane. These incidents are connected to the Mezamarek Stone — a cursed stone used by supernatural beings called Nosferatu to grant the wishes of humans in exchange for allowing them to feed on their impulses and emotions.

The game branches into different story routes depending on the player's decisions and features Japanese voice acting.
