Survival

Survival is a 1-player arcade game for the TRS-80.

You have just become the hero. The object is to capture as many progressively more expensive treasures without being captured by one of the progressively more dangerous monsters. There is a safety zone around the edge of the game field which a monster cannot enter, and the goal is to swoop in and grab the treasure before the monster can reach you. Monsters can move on angles, while players cannot, and the player must also avoid the monster cave and pit.

Between each level, the player can opt to finish the game and keep their treasure, or proceed to a more difficult (and rewarding) challenge.
