Tauriel Teaches Typing

Tauriel Teaches Typing is a humorous adventure game that doubles as a typing trainer. A parody of edutainment games such as Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing! and a satire on the educational system in general, Tauriel Teaches Typing follows the protagonist on their first day of elementary school, where Ms. Tauriel, an anthropomorphic dog, instructs them in the emerging discipline of typing. The gameplay alternates between exploring the school and completing increasingly challenging and bizarre typing mini-games. Many of the latter are reminiscent of battles in Undertale, requiring the player to avoid projectiles with their cursor while typing. There are several items in the school that the player can use to adjust the difficulty level in case the challenge becomes too much.
