The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing III is a single-player and multiplayer action role-playing game. The story concludes the trilogy of Van Helsing’s battles in Borgovia, a land where science, magic, and political intrigue collide. Following the collapse of General Harker’s regime, the country has fallen into civil war. The player, once again taking the role of Van Helsing, is drawn into the conflict while also facing a personal vendetta from an old nemesis. With Lady Katarina, his ghostly companion, at his side, Van Helsing must choose alliances, unravel conspiracies, and confront an ancient evil threatening the realm.

Combat is hack-and-slash oriented, built around fast-paced encounters with swarms of enemies and towering bosses. The game offers six distinct character classes at the outset, each with their own skill trees and combat styles. These range from traditional melee fighters to ranged specialists, engineers, or magic users. Players can further refine abilities through branching skill upgrades, combining powers to create hybrid builds tailored to different strategies.

The loot and progression system provides randomized weapons, armor, and magical items. Equipment can be enhanced through enchantments, socketed essences, and crafting at various in-game workstations. Experience points earned in battle unlock additional skills and perks, while characters advance toward high-level specializations that define their late-game playstyle. Lady Katarina remains both a combat ally and a customizable support character, with options to modify her abilities, equipment, and fighting stance.

A reputation mechanic unlocks passive bonuses, while an ability tree called Glory provides rewards for long-term achievements. Players also manage resistance factions, choosing how to influence Borgovia’s future through dialogue and decision-making sequences. Optional tower-defense style missions return, where players must deploy traps and defenses to protect strategic points against enemy waves.

Multiplayer includes cooperative campaign play and competitive PvP modes. Up to four players can join forces to tackle story missions, share loot, and coordinate class abilities in battle. Competitive options allow players to test builds and skills against each other in structured matches.
