Cosmic Defender

This arcade-style space shooter requires the player to destroy invading aliens and protect the locals. If an invader that is abducting a local is destroyed, that hostage will die if they fall from a great height, but they can be saved by providing them soft landings. Acquiring large amounts of points earns the player additional weapons for the continuous defense of the planet. It is also possible for the player to destroy all the locals deliberately. When there are no more locals, the player will have to survive against waves of aliens.
