Cosmic Intruders

Cosmic Intruders is a 1-player science fiction arcade game for the BBC Micro.

The player controls a small ship that moves horizontally at the bottom of the screen and fires vertically. Enemy vessels appear at the top of the screen behind a barrier, and streak down one at a time towards the player from their barrier position. Ships are destroyed by shooting them, and the player loses a life if hit. Once all starting vessels are destroyed or reach the bottom of the screen, the remaining vessels appear again at the top. The player warps to a new stage with more enemy vessels when the previous stage cleared.
